Shipping Policy

When will my order ship

All our products have a freshness guarantee, therefore all orders are handcrafted and made to order.Processing takes 3-5 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

*Processing time do not include weekends or holidays.*

The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided in the email 24-48 hours after you receive the tracking number for an update.

All orders are shipped via USPS. 

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays.

If you have not received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at info@healedandhealthy.com. Please check your junk/spam inbox then contact us. Shipping emails are sent to the email address you entered at checkout when placing your order. Please be sure to enter the correct email address at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:  

We encourage you to verify all information prior to submitting your order. Healed and Healthy is not responsible for packages incorrectly delivered due to missing or invalid address information provided at the time of purchase.  Please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

A package returned to Healed and Healthy due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Healed and Heathy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. 

If your package has been confirmed delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it has been confirmed delivered by USPS.
